The install

Questions we get
Does it work without Wi-Fi?The shutoff keeps working locally. The alerts and the app need Wi-Fi.
Will it shut my water off for no reason?It learns your normal use. For unusual use it alerts you first; for a burst or a leak you don’t respond to, it shuts off on its own. You can turn it back on from the app.
Can I add leak sensors?Yes. Moen’s smart leak detectors sit under sinks, by the water heater or in the laundry and tie into the same app.
Do you install ones I bought?Yes. We install customer-supplied units too.

I called this SK Plumbing around 1pm during an Avimor snowstorm because my pipes had frozen. My assumption was they’d come up next day but I was wrong. Very nice gentleman plumber knocked on my door at 2:15 after driving hazardous roads from Kuna. Despite everything underground and under several feet of snow, the problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour, including time spent waiting for the guilty pipe to thaw.
