How we work

Production or custom, one house or a subdivision.

We plumb for production builders on repeat plans and for custom builders on one-off homes. PEX water lines, PVC drain-waste-vent, black iron gas piping and the equipment: water heaters, tankless, softener loops, recirc systems.

Same company for HVAC. Our HVAC crew bids and installs the furnace, AC, ductwork and gas piping on the same house, so the trades are coordinated and you deal with one office.

Idaho Plumbing Contractor PLB-C-12414. Licensed, insured, and we answer the phone.

Questions we get

Do you do plumbing and HVAC on the same house?Yes. Separate crews under the same company, both licensed. Bid together or separately.

What pipe do you use?PEX for water lines, PVC for drain, waste and vent, black iron for gas. Copper where the plan or the jurisdiction calls for it.

Do you handle inspections?Yes. We call in the underground, rough-in and final inspections and clear any correction items.

Do you put in tankless and recirc systems?Yes. Navien tankless with a dedicated recirc line is a common spec, or a standard tank water heater. Some builders we work with spec a recirc system in every home.

Warranty?One year on our labor. Fixtures and equipment carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
