Privacy policy
Updated October 2026
S&K Plumbing Services LLC (S&K Plumbing & HVAC) runs this website. This page says what we collect when you use it and what we do with it. Short version: we use what you send us to call you back and do your job, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out the call-back form, we get your name, phone number, what you tell us about the job, and your email if you add it. If you call, text or email us, we keep those messages the way any business does.
- Site analytics. We may use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and records things like your browser, rough location and the pages you viewed. It does not give us your name.
- Server logs. Our hosting company keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back about the job you asked about, schedule it, do it and bill it.
- To keep records of the work we did at your home, including warranty and permit paperwork.
- To send you marketing and promotional messages, including text messages, if you opted in.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information.
Text messages
Opt-in consent. By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing us to send you text messages and notifications, including appointment reminders, job updates, and marketing and promotional messages. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a message sent from us. Reply HELP for help. The full text message terms are in our terms of use.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who sees it
Only the people and services that help us run the business: our office staff and technicians, the company that hosts the website and delivers form emails, our accounting and scheduling software, the service that sends our text messages, and Google Analytics as described above. Text message opt-in data is only shared as described in the Text messages section. We share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies
The site may use cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and licensing reasons. If you want us to delete a form submission or stop contacting you, email skplumbinghvac@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is for homeowners, builders and property managers. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
