What we install
Most homes get a 50-gallon gas tank. Tankless makes sense when you’re out of hot water, want the floor space back, or are building new.

Questions we get
Tank or tankless?Tankless costs more to install, especially if the gas line or venting has to change. If you run out of hot water, want the floor space, or are building new, it’s worth it. Otherwise a 50-gallon Bradford White is the sensible choice.
How fast can you replace one?Same-day or next-day is the goal. The common tanks are available same day from our suppliers.
Do you service tankless units you didn’t install?Yes. Flush and descale, error codes, venting, gas issues. In our hard water a yearly flush keeps a tankless running right.
Will you install a heater I bought?Yes. We install customer-supplied tanks and tankless units.
What about the warranty?The heater carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Our labor is warranted for one year.
