Terms of use
Updated October 2026
These terms cover the use of skplumbinghvac.com, run by S&K Plumbing Services LLC (S&K Plumbing & HVAC). By using the site you agree to them. The work we do at your home or job site is covered by the written estimate, quote or contract for that job, not by this page.
Estimates on this site
Prices shown by the mini-split cost estimator, and any other figures on the site, are estimates to help you plan. They are not a quote or an offer. Final pricing comes after we look at the house and put it in writing. Equipment models, availability and manufacturer specifications can change without notice.
Information on the site
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it can contain mistakes or out-of-date details. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind about its accuracy or availability. Anything we say about equipment, warranties or efficiency comes from the manufacturers; their documents control.
Forms and messages
Sending a form or message does not schedule work or create a contract. We will get back to you during business hours. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information through the site.
Text messages (SMS)
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from S&K Plumbing & HVAC for purposes including promotional offers, appointment reminders, scheduling and job updates, estimates and invoices, and customer support. Message frequency may vary based on your activity. Message & data rates may apply.
Opt-in and consent. By submitting your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive automated marketing and transactional messages. Message/data rates are the responsibility of the recipient. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Subprocessors (like customer support or SMS providers) may access the data. All the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Opt-out instructions. To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to any message. A confirmation will be sent, and no further messages delivered. For assistance, reply HELP, call (208) 996-4139, or contact isaac.skps@gmail.com.
Message and data rates disclosure. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier liability disclaimer. We and our carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdelivered messages due to network or device issues.
See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Do not copy our photos or text for another business, try to break the site, or use it to send spam. The S&K name and logo belong to us. We can block access to the site for anyone who misuses it.
Links to other sites
The site links to manufacturers and other outside sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, S&K Plumbing Services LLC is not liable for damages that come from using this website or relying on information on it. This does not limit any rights you have under Idaho law for work we actually perform. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against S&K, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
Idaho law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post it here at least 30 days before it takes effect.
