Every system gets a duct blast test before the builder gets the house back. Parts are available locally through our suppliers, so warranty calls don’t drag on.

1Send the plansPDF plans to the new construction line or by email. Tell us the equipment level and the schedule.

2We bid itHVAC alone or with plumbing. Detailed scope with equipment model numbers on the bid.

3Send the scheduled datesGive us the dates for rough-in, set and trim and the crew is there. Blast test and inspections as we go.

Questions we get

Do you duct blast test?Yes. Every system we install is tested, and the builder gets the results.

Do you do plumbing on the same house?Yes. Separate crews under the same company. Bid together or separately.

Shop heaters?Yes. Reznor unit heaters for shops and detached garages, including the gas piping.

Which equipment?Comfortmaker is our standard line. We can quote other brands if the plan specifies them.
